Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises from these Terms or your use of this website, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve it through informal negotiation for at least 30 days before pursuing arbitration. Informal negotiation begins once one party provides written notice to the other.

If the dispute isn’t resolved informally, it will be settled by binding arbitration in Utah. Rivers Edge Mechanical agrees to cover any arbitration fees that become excessive for the other party, consistent with standard good-faith practice.

This does not apply to disputes involving intellectual property rights, theft, unauthorized use, or claims seeking injunctive relief, which may be brought directly in a court of competent jurisdiction in Utah.

Any claim arising from use of this website must be brought within one (1) year of the date the claim arose, or it will be permanently barred.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah.
